Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were very comfortable with modern amenities; the only drawbacks were the drainage issue in the sink and the door handle falling off. The service was exceptional with a welcoming atmosphere. The location was excellent, especially for exploring the city and enjoying breakfast brought to the room. The dining experience had some highlights but was lacking in certain aspects. Overall, a high standard hotel with a few minor issues worth noting.
Staying on the top floor with rattan furniture for drinks outside was a lovely experience. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, with good bathrooms, and extremely comfy beds.
The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Pantiles and a short walk from the town center. The rooms are cozy and come with bathrobes, but the lower grade rooms may be smaller and cramped. The service is friendly and welcoming, offering room service and efficient housekeeping. The dining experience is of great quality, with fresh food items; however, the buffet can be a letdown. The location is ideal for exploring Tunbridge Wells, especially for walking around the Pantiles and the high street. Limited parking may be a drawback for those with mobility needs.
The hotel is in an amazing location, just next to the Pantiles area of Tunbridge Wells. The rooms had a strange smell initially but it disappeared quickly, and being an upgraded Executive room, it wasn't really an issue. The buffet area for breakfast was lovely, clean, and airy, and the location of the hotel is simply fantastic.
